<br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> MUNICIPAL PUMPING SERVICE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - MP <br /> The City shall charge and collect for municipal pumping <br />service on the basis of the provisions of this Rate Schedule - <br />MP. The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and Regulations <br />for Electric Service are incorporated by reference as a part of <br />this rate schedule. <br />AVAILABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is available throughout the entire <br />territory served by the City of San Marcos. <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is applicable to incorporated <br />municipalities for electric power and energy used for the <br />operation of pumping and compressing equipment of <br />municipally-owned and operated water supply and sewage disposal <br />systems. <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating <br />current, 60 Hertz, single or three phase, at the City's option of <br />standard available voltages. Standby or resale service is not <br />permitted under this rate schedule. <br />MONTHLY RATE <br /> Energy Charge: <br /> All kWh............................ $ o. 04544 per kWh <br /> The above rate per kWh will be adjusted plus or minus in <br /> accordance with the formula specified in the Power Cost <br /> Adjustment Clause. <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> <br /> No monthly minimum charge is applicable at this time. <br />PAYMENT <br /> All bills shall be paid on or before the fifteenth (15) day <br />following issuance. Any and all amounts remaining unpaid after <br />the due date shall be assessed a charge in the amount of ten <br />percent (IO%) of the unpaid amount. <br /> - 17 - <br />
