<br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> MUNICIPAL PARK SERVICE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - PS <br /> <br /> The City shall charge and collect for municipal park service <br />on the basis of the provisions of this Rate Schedule - PS. The <br />Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and Regulations for <br />Electric Service are incorporated by reference as a part of this <br />rate schedule. <br />AVAILABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is available throughout the entire <br />territory served by the City of San Marcos. <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is applicable to incorporated <br />municipalities for lighting service within municipally-owned and <br />operated parks. <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating <br />current, 60 Hertz, single phase, at the City's option of standard <br />available voltages. Standby or resale service is not permitted <br />under this rate schedule. <br />MONTHLY RATE <br /> Customer Charge: <br /> Single or Three Phase Service......$ 6.50 <br /> Energy Charge: <br /> All kWh............................ $ o. 03627 per kWh <br /> The above rate per kWh will be adjusted plus or minus in <br />accordance with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjustment <br />Clause. <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> <br /> The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the '!
