<br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> MISCELLANEOUS SERVICE CHARGES <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - MSC <br />APPLICATION <br /> Service charges under this schedule are applicable to all <br />retail customers served by the City of San Marcos. <br />SERVICE CHARGES <br /> Connect Fee $ 20.00 <br /> New Service Charge $ 30.00 <br /> Non-Pay Reconnect Charge $ 20.00 <br /> Temporary Overhead Connection Charge $ 30.00 <br /> Short Term Service Charge $ 10.00 <br /> "No Light" Service Call Charge $ 20.00 <br /> Theft of Service $100.00 <br /> Returned Check or Bank Draft Charge $ 15.00 <br /> Requested Meter Test $ IS.OO <br />CONNECT FEE <br /> The charge shall be made to set a meter and to do the other <br />work necessary to initiate a new account. If a customer applies <br />for service before 4:00 p.m., the customer will be connected the <br />same day. If a customer applies after 4:00 p.m., but before 5:00 <br />p.m., the customer will be connected the following business day or <br />pay double the connect fee in order to be connected the same day. <br />NEW SERVICE CHARGE <br /> This charge will be made in addition to the new account <br />charge when service wires are run the first time to a new building <br />or to a new point of service. <br /> - 26 - <br />
