COIIPLAIIftS All complaints shall be directed to the <br /> <br /> COIf'l'RAC"l"OR and shall be gi ven prompt and courteous attention by <br /> it. In the case of alleged missed scheduled collections, the <br /> COIf'l'RAC"l"OR shall investigate, and, if such allegations are <br /> verified, shall arrange for the collection of the uncollected <br /> refuse within 24 hours after the complaint is received. The <br /> COBTRAC"l'OR shall keep a log of all such complaints and their <br /> disposition. The CONTRACTOR shall establish and maintain a local <br /> or a toll free telephone number. <br /> 2.13.1 The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for all damage to <br /> containers/lids due to action of its employees during collection, <br /> all normal wear-and-tear excepted. If a complaint of damage is <br /> found to be valid, the COBTRACTOR shall make replacement in kind <br /> within a period not to exceed one work week. Where a resident and <br /> the CONTRACTOR disagree on the disposition of such complaints, the <br /> CIH will investigate and its decision on replacement will be <br /> final. <br /> 2.13.2 Damage to private property other than containers resulting <br /> from the actions of the COIf'l'RAC"l"OR's employees, agents or <br /> sub-contractors shall be the responsibility of the COIftRACmR . <br /> Within as short a time as possible after initial investigation and <br /> citizen contact, the CORTRACTOR shall provide the CI~ with a full <br />
