<br /> Page 12 <br /> 2.15.1 In addition, the following information shall be made <br /> available by the CONTRACTOR to the CITY upon request and shall <br /> include: <br /> (a) Route and schedule information. <br /> (b) Number of units served by route, type, and location of <br /> serV1ce. <br /> (c) Number, nature and disposition of complaints. <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br /> DlSURAIICE, IImEIIRIFICATIOR AIm <br /> PERFORIIARCE BORD <br /> 3.1 IRSURAIICE AND IRDEDITY During the period of this <br /> <br /> contract, Contractor shall maintain at its expense, insurance with <br /> limits not less than those prescribed below. The COlf'.ŒAC"l'OR <br /> further agrees to indemnify, protect, defend, and hold CITY and <br /> its employees, agents and officers harmless from and against any <br /> and all losses, claims and causes of action of any kind for <br /> arising from the negligence or intentional or in anyway wrongful <br /> acts or omissions of the CONTRA~R its employees or agents. This <br /> shall include, but not be limited to, the amounts of judgments, <br /> penalties, interests, court costs, legal fees and all other <br /> expenses incurred by the CITY. The CONTRACTOR agrees to procure <br /> and maintain at it's expense insurance in the kinds and amounts <br /> hereinafter provided with insurance companies authorized to do <br /> business in the State of Texas, covering all operations under this <br /> Contract whether by CONTRACTOR or COBTRACTOR's agents or <br /> employees. The CONTRAC".OOR shall provide the CITY with a <br /> Certificate of Insurance evidencing required coverage within ten <br />
