<br /> Customer also agrees to remove all advertisements of the <br /> Program and request the Installing Dealers to do likewise. <br /> LCRA and the Wholesale Customer will accept and honor all <br /> lighting rebate forms dated and received by the Wholesale <br /> Customer prior to and including the date of termination. <br /> 2. PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS: <br /> <br /> a). The illumination levels existing after any lighting <br /> retrofit must meet or exceed the minimum standards for <br /> the tasks to be performed in the area as recommended by <br /> the Illuminating Engineering Society ( rES). A summary <br /> of the IES lighting standards for common activities is <br /> attached (See Attachment I.) <br /> b). Rebates will be paid at $125 per kW reduced, including <br /> ballast wattage reductions, but rebates shall not <br /> exceed the eligible actual cost of the retrofit. <br /> Eliqible actual costs include equipment and material <br /> <br /> costs including lamps, fixtures, ballasts and <br /> reflectors. Labor will not be eligible for rebates. <br /> c). Each lamp which is removed for the purpose of <br /> qualifying for a rebate must be replaced with at least <br /> <br /> ~ new energy efficient fluorescent or HID lamp.
