Provide personnel and ladder for final inspection. <br /> f. Provide copies of purchase invoices detailing equipment <br /> and material costs to Wholesale Customer. <br /> g. Replace burned out efficient lamps wi th lamps that are <br /> of equal or greater efficiency. <br /> h. Permit the Wholesale Customer to inspect the facility <br /> to ensure that qualifying lamps or their equivalent <br /> remain in place. <br /> 6. Próqram Modifications <br /> <br /> LCRA reserves the right to periodically review the <br /> Commercial Lighting Rebate Program's performance to ensure: <br /> 1) conformity with LCRA's conservation and load management <br /> goals and objectives, and 2) that the program demonstrates <br /> it contributes cost effectively to those goals. LCRA may, <br /> therefore, at its sole option modify the program by adding <br /> or deleting program qualifications. <br /> Upon written notification from LCRA of any program <br /> modifications, the Wholesale Customer shall make an effort <br /> to notify Participants of the new qualifications.
