-3- Thence, South 44 degrees 57 minutes 59 seconds West along a line approximating the northwest edge of the concrete apron and an extension thereof a distance of 210.99 feet to a 3/4 inch I.D. iron pipe (point 823) in the approximate center line of Kane Avenue; from this point a brass capped iron reference monument (point 859) set in the asphalt pavement bears North 89 degrees 53 minutes 13 seconds East a distance of 3.54 feet; Thence, North 45 degrees 11 minutes 33 seconds West along the center line of Kane Avenue a distance of 651. 59 feet to a 10 inch iron spike (point 995) with a 1 1/4 inch square copper tag marked "Charles R. Swart Surveyor" and with the point number at the point of curvature of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 182.33 feet, from which a 3/4 inch I.D. iron pipe (point 811) set at the point of intersection of the tangents bears North 45 degrees 11 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of 75.00 feet. From point 811 a brass capped iron reference monument (point 862) bears North 22 degrees 26 minutes 52 seconds East a distance of 2.70 feet. Thence, northwesterly along the circular curve a distance of 142.31 feet to a 10 inch iron spike (point 996) with a 1 1/4 inch square cooper tag marked "Charles R. Swart Surveyor" and with the point number, from which the last described point (point 995) bears South 67 degrees 33 minuttes 08 seconds East a distance of 138.72 feet; Thence, North 89 degrees 54 minutes 43 seconds West along the center line of Kane Avenue and an extension thereof a distance of 2758.90 feet to a 3/4 inch LD. iron pipe (point 812) set on the third call of that 1.203 acre tract described in Volume 372, pages 217, et sqq. of the said deed records; from this point a brass capped iron reference monument (point 861)' bears North 18 degrees 24 minutes 27 seconds West a distance of 2.64 feet; Thence, North 53 degrees 05 minutes 48 seconds East along the said third call, which is a southeast line of the San Marcos Airport and a northwest line of the Gary Job Corps Center, a distance of 45.79 feet to a point (point 828) on the said twenty-fourth call in those said field notes recorded in said Volume 313, from which a 1/2 inch diameter iron bar (point 813) found at the end point of the said third call and 2 inches south of a pine corner post bears North 53 degrees 05 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of O.ll foot; Thence, South 89 degrees 52 minutes 04 seconds East a distance of 431.48 feet along the said twenty-fourth call, which is a south line of the San Marcos Airport and a north line of the Gary Job Corps Center, to the point of beginning. The tract of land hereby conveyed contains 42.47 acres, more or less.
