<br /> -3- <br />Thence, South 44 degrees 57 minutes 59 seconds West along <br />a line approximating the northwest edge of the concrete <br />apron and an extension thereof a distance of 210.99 feet <br />to a 3/4 inch I.D. iron pipe (point 823) in the <br />approximate center line of Kane Avenue; from this point a <br />brass capped iron reference monument (point 859) set in <br />the asphalt pavement bears North 89 degrees 53 minutes 13 <br />seconds East a distance of 3.54 feet; <br />Thence, North 45 degrees 11 minutes 33 seconds West along <br />the center line of Kane Avenue a distance of 651. 59 feet <br />to a 10 inch iron spike (point 995) with a 1 1/4 inch <br />square copper tag marked "Charles R. Swart Surveyor" and <br />with the point number at the point of curvature of a <br />circular curve to the left having a radius of 182.33 feet, <br />from which a 3/4 inch I.D. iron pipe (point 811) set at <br />the point of intersection of the tangents bears North 45 <br />degrees 11 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of 75.00 <br />feet. From point 811 a brass capped iron reference <br />monument (point 862) bears North 22 degrees 26 minutes 52 <br />seconds East a distance of 2.70 feet. <br />Thence, northwesterly along the circular curve a distance <br />of 142.31 feet to a 10 inch iron spike (point 996) with a <br />1 1/4 inch square cooper tag marked "Charles R. Swart <br />Surveyor" and with the point number, from which the last <br />described point (point 995) bears South 67 degrees 33 <br />minuttes 08 seconds East a distance of 138.72 feet; <br />Thence, North 89 degrees 54 minutes 43 seconds West along <br />the center line of Kane Avenue and an extension thereof a <br />distance of 2758.90 feet to a 3/4 inch LD. iron pipe <br />(point 812) set on the third call of that 1.203 acre tract <br />described in Volume 372, pages 217, et sqq. of the said <br />deed records; from this point a brass capped iron <br />reference monument (point 861)' bears North 18 degrees 24 <br />minutes 27 seconds West a distance of 2.64 feet; <br />Thence, North 53 degrees 05 minutes 48 seconds East along <br />the said third call, which is a southeast line of the San <br />Marcos Airport and a northwest line of the Gary Job Corps <br />Center, a distance of 45.79 feet to a point (point 828) on <br />the said twenty-fourth call in those said field notes <br />recorded in said Volume 313, from which a 1/2 inch <br />diameter iron bar (point 813) found at the end point of <br />the said third call and 2 inches south of a pine corner <br />post bears North 53 degrees 05 minutes 48 seconds East a <br />distance of O.ll foot; <br />Thence, South 89 degrees 52 minutes 04 seconds East a <br />distance of 431.48 feet along the said twenty-fourth call, <br />which is a south line of the San Marcos Airport and a <br />north line of the Gary Job Corps Center, to the point of <br />beginning. <br />The tract of land hereby conveyed contains 42.47 acres, <br />more or less. <br />
