<br /> VEHICULAR DELIVERED DOMESTIC WASTES <br /> The City of San Marcos has provided pretreatment units at <br /> their wastewater treatment facility to accept concentrated forms <br /> of domestic wastewaters and residues such as septage, grease trap <br /> contents, treatment plant sludges and the like. <br /> Each waste hauler utilizing these pretreatment facilities <br /> shall be registered by the Control Authority and remit a fee for <br /> registration and for the handling and treatment of each delivered <br /> load of wastes. Registration and waste receiving fees for this <br /> service will be set by separate ordinance. <br /> 11 <br />
