<br />Ordinance 2013-29 was postpone <br />indefinitely on June 18, 2013 <br /> <br />Approving the abandonment of Streets and Alleys in the Park Addition, First and <br />Second Division, as follows: a 16 foot alley between Lots 43 and 50 to the North and <br />Lots 41 42 51 and 52 to the South from Sessom Drive to Peachtree Street; a 16 foot <br />alley between Lots 39, 53, 56 and 61 to the North and Lots 38, 54, 57 and 60 to the <br />South from Sessom Drive to the Northwest boundary of said Park Addition; Locust <br />Street from Loquat Street (a /k/a Pecan Street) to the Northeast corner of Lot 50; <br />Loguat Street from Sessom Drive to Peachtree Street; and Peachtree Street from the <br />Southeast corner of Lot 63 to the Northwest corner of Lot 50; authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute a Quitclaim Deed to the abutting owner upon payment of the fair <br />market value of such Streets and Alleys and subject to approval of a request for <br />establishment of a Planned Development District for 9.587 acres of land abutting such <br />streets and alleys and other reservations and conditions; and declaring an effective <br />date; and consider Ordinance 2013 -28, on the first of two readings. <br /> <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> Upon a motion made by Council Member Porterfield and a second by <br />Council Member Thomaides, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) <br />opposed, to postpone Ordinance 2013 -29, indefinitely. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
