<br />112 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1991- 119R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A FORMAT FOR <br />HUMAN SERVICES PROVIDER CONTRACTS FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 1991-1992; AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATION AND <br />EXECUTION OF THESE CONTRACTS BY THE CITY <br />MANAGER, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1: That the Human Services Provider Contract, attached <br />to this Resolution as Exhibit A is hereby approved for use with all <br />human service agencies which provide services to the City of San <br />Marcos as approved in the 1991-92 budget. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager and the city Attorney are <br />hereby given joint authority to make alterations in the terms of <br />this contract to the extent that it must be amended to satisfy <br />statutory, administrative or program requirements. <br /> <br />PART 3. That the City Manager, Larry Gilley, is hereby <br />authorized to execute a contract with each human services agency as <br />specified in the 1991-92 budget of the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 4.
