Benno H. Simon, ut ux, dated August 1, 1951 and recorded in Volume 150, Page 493 of the Hays County Deed Records, pass at 119.13 feet and 111 iron pipe found in a concrete curb for the north corner of Lot 5 and west corner of Lot 1; THENCE crossing Lots 1 and 2 with the southwest edge of a concrete curb for the common line of the Green tract and the remaining portion of the Simon tract S45°04'301lE 133.24 feet to a 1/411 copper pipe found at the southeast edge of a concrete curb for the east corner of this tract and the Green tract, the south corner of the remaining portion of the Simon tract is the common line of Lot 2 and Lot 3; THENCE with the southeast edge of a concrete curb and a rock wall for the common southeast line of Lots 2 and 6 and the northwest line of Lots 3 and 7 S44°47'12"W 163.96 feet to a 1/411 copper pipe found for the west corner of Lot 7, the south corner of Lot 6 and the Green tract, and being in the northeast line of L.B. Johnson Drive, pass at 44.31 feet the commonn corner of Lots 2, 3, 6, and 7; THENCE with the common northeast line of L.B. Johnson Drive and the southwest line of the Green tract and Lots 6 and 5 N45°10'20"W 132.22 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 0.500 acres, more or less, of land area prepared from public records and surveys made on the ground during May 1982 by James E. Byrn and Associates of San Marcos, Texas. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on November 25, 1991it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1991, subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting scheduled for November 25, 1991.
