<br /> 35 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991- 144 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF A SOCIAL SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY AND <br /> HAYS COUNTY REGARDING THE PROVISION OF LIBRARY <br /> SERVICES: AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> THE CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San <br /> Marcos, Texas desires to enter into a contract with Hays <br /> County regarding the provision of library services to people <br /> who reside in Hays County, outside the City limits: now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of a social <br /> services contract between the City and Hays County, for the <br /> City's provision of library services to people who reside in <br /> Hays County, outside the City limits, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and <br /> purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley be, <br /> and he is hereby authorized to execute the contract on behalf <br /> of the City. <br /> PART 3.
