Construction plans: When submitted, all plans and <br /> engIneerIng calculations shall bear the seal and <br /> signature of an engineer. Construction plans shall <br /> include the following and shall conform to city <br /> standards. <br /> a. Streets, alleys, sidewalks, crosswalk ways and <br /> monuments: Three (3) copies of plans and profiles. <br /> of all streets, alleys, sidewalks, crosswalk ways <br /> and monuments shall be provided. The right-of- <br /> way and paved width of all streets and their <br /> center line grade and distances with the eleva- <br /> tions indicated at all center line intersections and <br /> grade breaks shall be shown. The plans shall <br /> show the location of all curbs and gutters as <br /> proposéd with three (3) copies of all detailed cost <br /> estimates. <br /> b. Sanitary sewer lines: <br /> (1) Three (3) copies of the proposed plans showing <br /> two-foot contours and the location dimensions <br /> of existing sanitary sewer lines and manholes <br /> and location and size of existing mains to <br /> which the system will be connected. <br /> (2) Three (3) copies of plans and profiles and of <br /> proposed sanitary sewer lines, indicating <br /> depths and grades of lines. <br /> (3) When a separate sewer system or treatment <br /> plant other than that provided by the city is <br /> proposed, three (3) copies of proposed plans <br /> and specifications. <br /> (4) Three (3) copies of detailed cost estimates. <br /> Supp. No. 14 1152 <br />
