<br />reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, court reporter's fees and <br />other expenses of litigation by appropriate suit against the person <br />found to have violated this Ordinance. <br /> (c) The Control Authority is further authorized to prosecute <br />and seek all criminal and civil remedies in the various courts as <br />set forth in the Texas Water Code, Chapter 26, Water Quality <br />Control, Subchapter D-Prohibition Against Pollution; Enforcement, <br />Subchapter E-Authority of Local Government; and Subchapter F- <br />Criminal Prosecution, for all violations of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 4. That the importance of this Ordinance creates an <br />emergency and an imperative public necessity so that the provisions <br />of the Charter requiring that ordinances shall be presented at <br />three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become <br />effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following the date <br />of its final passage be suspended, and these provisions are hereby <br />suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full <br />force and effect from and after its adoption and after official <br />approval by the united States Environmental Protection Agency and <br />after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation within <br />the City as provided by the City Charter of the City of San <br />Marcos. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November , 1991. <br /> \~~~b <br /> Mayor <br />Þ.j:test:/,~, ~.f ~. %~ <br />; /1" )41' ¡-;;.. .. . <br />, /I¡.> Vj , 'tI1~"rß. ~ Q)v) ~ <br />'J",nis K.
