<br /> Fredericksburg Street, west side, Hutchison Street to <br /> Hopkins Street. <br /> Fredericksburg Street, south side, from its intersection <br /> with Hutchison Street to a point 8Ø feet south. <br /> Hutchison Street, south side, between Comanche Street <br /> and Fredericksburg Street: <br /> (1) From its intersection with Comanche Street to a <br /> point 3Ø feet south. <br /> (2) From a point 7Ø feet south of its intersection with <br /> Comanche Street to a point l2Ø feet farther south. <br /> ( 3) From its intersection with Fredericksburg Street to <br /> a point 7Ø feet north. <br /> SECTION 5. That if any word, phrase, sentence, section, <br />or portion of this ordinance is found by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or unenforceable for any <br />reason, the remaining provisions of this ordinance shall <br />remain in effect. <br /> SECTION 6. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 7. That any person violating any provision of <br />this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and <br />upon conviction shall be fined in accordance with Section l-5 <br />of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances. <br /> SECTION 8.
