<br /> 55 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991- ] SO R <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO HUNTER <br /> INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR COMPLETION OF THE RUNWAY 8-26 <br /> RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT (PAVING); ACCEPTING THE <br /> PROJECT FOR USE BY THE CITY; AUTHORIZING FINAL <br /> PAYMENT IN THE ALVIOUNT OF $78,Øl9.49; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> \vHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has engaged the <br />services of Hunter Industries, Inc. for completion of the <br />Runway 8-26 Reconstruction Project (Paving); and, <br /> WHEREAS, these services were provided pursuant to a <br />contract between the City and the contractor, executed on <br />October 23, 199Ø; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the project known as the Runway 8-26 <br />Reconstruction Project (Paving), has been completed pursuant <br />to that contract of October 23, 199Ø, between the City and <br />Hunter Industries, Inc. and is hereby accepted for use by the <br />City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PART 2. That payment in the amount of $78,Øl9.49 to <br />Hunter Industries, Inc. in full and final payment for these <br />services is hereby authorized. <br /> PART 3.
