<br /> 81 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991- 161 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND THE TEXAS COMMISSION FOR THE <br /> DEAF FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A PROGRAM FOR THE <br /> USE OF TELECOMMUNICATION DEVICES FOR THE DEAF; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br /> CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. Tha ta contract between the City and the <br />Texas Commission for the Deaf for the administration of a <br />program for the use of telecommunication devices for the deaf <br />( "TDD"), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein for all intents and purposes, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to execute the contract on behalf <br />of the City. <br /> PART 3.
