<br /> 83 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991- 162 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO THE M.C. <br /> ETHRIDGE COMPANY, FOR COMPLETION OF PHASE II OF THE <br /> NORTHEAST IH-35 WATER LINE EXTENSION PROJECT; <br /> ACCEPTING THE PROJECT FOR USE BY THE CITY; <br /> AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $7,798.7Ø; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has eng ag ed the <br /> services of the M.C. Ethridge Company for completion of that <br /> project known as Phase II of the Northeast Water Line <br /> Extension Project; and, <br /> WHEREAS, these services were provided pursuant to a <br /> contract between the City and the contractor, executed on May <br /> 27, 1991; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the project known as Phase II of the <br /> Northeast Water Line Extension Project , has been completed <br /> pursuant to that contract of May 27, 1991, between the City <br /> and M . C. Ethridge Company and is hereby accepted for use by <br /> the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PART 2. That payment in the amount of $7,798.7Ø to <br /> the M.C. Ethridge Company in full and final payment for these <br /> services is hereby authorized. <br /> PART 3.
