M. Veramendi Survey No. Two in Hays <br />County Texas, said 0.235 of one acre tract being the same land described in a <br />deed from Donald E. Ennis Sr. and William l. Moore to H. Russell Scott dated <br />June 9, 1972 recorded in Volume 251 Page 59, and all of that certain 0.46 <br />of one acre tract ly5n9 and being in the J. M. Veramendi League No. Two in <br />Hays County Texas, said 0.46 of one acre tract being the same land described <br />as 0.47 of one acre in a deed from Ethel Smith Scott to H. Russell Scott dated <br />November 20, 1978 recorded in Volume 318 Page 795, all in the Deed Records of <br />Hays County, Texas, said 0.695 of one acre of land being more particularly <br />described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at an iron bolt found at a point of intersection of the proposed <br />new alignment of Post Road with the easterly boundary line of said 0.46 of <br />one acre tract, said point being 50.00 feet left of and on a radial line per- <br />pendicular to Engineer's proposed Reference line Station 10+59.60 on said <br />proposed Post Road, <br /> <br />(l) <br /> <br />THENCE SOUTH 42° 301 18" West along grantor's southerly property line, a <br />distance of 300.22 feet to an aluminum cap found at grantor's south- <br />western property corner, said point being 93.30 feet right of and on a <br />radial line perpendicular to Engineer's proposed Reference Line Station <br />13+18.20 on said proposed Post Road, <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />THENCE NORTH 45° 49' 56" West along grantor's westerly property line, a <br />distance of 37.91 feet to the existing southerly right of way line of <br />Post Road and grantor's northerly property line; <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />THENCE NORTH 43° 56' 31/1 East along the existing southerly right of way <br />line of Post Road and grantor's northerly property line, a passing <br />distance of 300.01 feet to a small metal gear in concrete, found, in all <br />a total distance of 1619.43 feet to a small metal gear in concrete found <br />and being grantor's most northerly property corner; <br /> <br />(4) THENCE SOUTH 42° 37' 22" West along grantor's southerly property line, a <br />distance of 1319.80 feet to the point _of beginning and containing 0.695 of one <br />acre of land, more or less. <br />
