~ >:¡-, ,,- 55 ORDINANCE 1990- II AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS ,AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT CHAPTER OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE CERTAIN STANDARDS FOR FIXED BASE OPERATORS AND TENANTS AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY¡ REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE ¡ PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION¡ AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos is hereby amended by adding a new Section 31-8 to read as follows: Sec. 31-8 tenants. Minimum standards for fixed base operation and (1) The Minimum Standards for Fixed Base Operators and Airport Tenants at the San Marcos Municipal Airport are hereby approved and adopted in the form filed in the office of the City Secretary, the same as if set out fully at length in this section. (2) Copies of the standards adopted in subsection (1) shall be maintained for public inspection in the offices of the City Secretary and the Airport Manager. SECTION 2. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence or section of this ordinance is found to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, this finding shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this ordinance. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. in SECTION 4. The City Secretary, Janis K. Womack, shall publish the caption of this ordinance in a newspaper of general circulation in the City within ten (lØ) days of its final passage. PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading January 8, 1990.
