<br /> <br />~ <br />>:¡-, <br />,,- <br /> <br /> <br />55 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1990- II <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS ,AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL <br />AIRPORT CHAPTER OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF <br />THE CITY TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE CERTAIN <br />STANDARDS FOR FIXED BASE OPERATORS AND TENANTS <br />AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; PROVIDING <br />FOR SEVERABILITY¡ REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE ¡ PROVIDING FOR <br />PUBLICATION¡ AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances of <br />the City of San Marcos is hereby amended by adding a new <br />Section 31-8 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 31-8 <br />tenants. <br /> <br />Minimum <br /> <br />standards <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />fixed <br /> <br />base operation and <br /> <br />(1) The Minimum Standards for Fixed Base Operators and <br />Airport Tenants at the San Marcos Municipal Airport are hereby <br />approved and adopted in the form filed in the office of the <br />City Secretary, the same as if set out fully at length in this <br />section. <br /> <br />(2) Copies of the standards adopted in subsection (1) <br />shall be maintained for public inspection in the offices of <br />the City Secretary and the Airport Manager. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence or <br />section of this ordinance is found to be unconstitutional or <br />invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, this finding <br />shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances <br />conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />SECTION 4. The City Secretary, Janis K.
