Bryan: <br />Enclosed with this letter are two originals of a revised page 2 of the <br />Tax Abatement Agreement between the City of San Marcos and Rohr <br />Industries pertaining to the new facility to be constructed on Lot 5 of <br />the San Harcos 0 y Park Subdivision. I understand that Janis <br />Womack, our y s mailed copies of the full agreement to <br />you cont ning page 2 in unrevised version under separate cover. <br />The City ounci1 approved t terms and conditions of the agreement on <br />March 7, . only change to page 2 is the deletion of the one <br />sen tence in Section I. H. that we discussed as being surplus to the <br />11eaning of the agreement. <br />The agreement requires Rohr corporate authorization, evidence of <br />which must be attached as Exhibit l1BII to the agreement. Upon your <br />attachment of this authorization as well as the execution of the <br />agreement by appropriate Rohr officials, please transmit both <br />originals to me for execution by our officials.
