<br /> THENCE, leaving the said River Road, with the south line of the <br /> said Backus 9.783 acre tract, same being a north line of State <br /> Highway 80, S 80 53' W, 183.90 feet to an iron stake, for a <br /> westerly southwest corner of the tract herein described; <br /> THENCE, leaving the said State Highway 80, with the southwest <br /> line of the said Backus 9.783 acre tract, N 47 18' W, at about <br /> 85 feet passing an overhead power line, at about 130 feet <br /> joining the southwest line of a 4 foot waterline easement <br /> granted to C.J. Neely by D.D. Watson by instrument dated <br /> September 15, 1954, and recorded in Volume 160, Page 333, Hays <br /> County Deed Records and continuing on, in all, 551.94 feet to an <br /> iron stake for the west corner of the tract herein described; <br /> THENCE, leaving the southwest line of the said Neely 4 foot <br /> waterline easement, with the northeast line of the said Båckus <br /> 9.783 acre tract, the following courses numbered (3) and ( 4 ) : <br /> ( 3) N 44 55' E, at about 4 feet crossing the northeast line <br /> of the said Neely 4 foot waterline easement, and <br /> continuing on, in all, 329.11 feet to an iron stake, for <br /> the northeast line of the tract herein described; <br /> (4) N 44 50' E, 196.42 feet to a iron stake found for the <br /> most northerly corner of the tract herein described, <br /> same being the most westerly corner of the aforementioned <br /> Slamco Subdivision; <br /> THENCE, with the southwest line of the said Slamco Subdivision, <br /> the following courses numbered (5) and (6): <br /> ( 5) S 47 29' E, 330.00 feet to an iron stake; <br /> ( 6) N 44 52' E, 102.09 feet to an iron stake; <br /> ( 7) S 47 29' E, 330.61 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING <br /> containing 8.56 acres of land. Description prepared December 19, 1989 <br /> from public records, and surveys previously done in April 4, 1984, not <br /> from a current survey of the tract herein described and are not <br /> intended to represent a survey of the property described herein. <br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days <br /> from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br /> reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following <br /> its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider <br /> it. If reconsidered on April 23, 1990 it shall be in effect ten <br /> days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not <br /> go into effect if denied.
