<br /> 163 <br /> RESOLUTION 1990- 42 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER <br /> LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS RELATING TO THE POSSIBLE ADOPTION <br /> OF IMPACT FEES BY THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That a public hearing will be held by the City of <br /> San Marcos City Council at its regular meeting on Monday, May 14, 1990, <br /> at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 630 East <br /> Hopkins Street, for the purpose of considering approval of land use <br /> assumptions used to develop a capital improvements plan for water and <br /> wastewater facilities during the next ten years. The capital <br /> improvements plan will provide the basis for the adoption of impact <br /> fees to finance water and wastewter system improvements and expansions. <br /> The map attached to this Resolution indicates the service area to which <br /> the land use assumptions apply. <br /> PART 2. That any member of the public has the right to appear at <br /> the hearing and present evidence for or against the land use <br /> assumptions. <br /> PART 3. That the publication prior to the adoption of this <br /> Resolution of any notices pertaining to this public hering in <br /> accordance with applicable State law is hereby ratified. <br /> PART 4.
