<br /> 0 23 <br /> q- <br /> ç:r- <br /> "- <br /> .... <br /> -.. 33 <br /> ORDINANCE 1990- <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE DESIGNATION OF A <br /> HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE ON SOUTH L.B.J. DRIVE; <br /> PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING <br /> ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A PENALTY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the designation of a handicapped parking space <br /> on the west side of South L.B.J. Drive, 182 feet south of San Antonio <br /> Street as recommended by the City Traffic Engineer under the authority <br /> of Section 29-147 of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby <br /> approved. <br /> SECTION 2. That if any word, phrase, sentence, section, or portion <br /> of this ordinance is found by court of competent jurisdiction to be <br /> unconstitutional or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining <br /> provisions of this ordinance shall remain in effect. <br /> SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 4. That any person violating any provision of this <br /> ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction <br /> shall be fined in accordance with Section 1-5 of the San Marcos Code of <br /> Ordinances. <br /> SECTION 5.
