Boring logs and FAA <br /> soil classification will be included in our final report. <br /> OUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE <br /> We are famil i ar with 1 oca 1 subsurface conditions and have <br /> participated i n the p 1 ann i ng, development, and execut ion of numerous <br /> subsurface evaluations in the project area. Further, our engineers have <br /> provi ded foundati on recommendations for many projects similar to one <br /> proposed. <br /> COST ESTIMATE <br /> It is proposed that the fee for the performance of the outl i ned <br /> servi ces be determi ned on a unit pri ce basi s, in accordance wi th the <br /> attached Schedule of Services and Fees. On the basis of the estimated <br /> quantities and the Schedule of Services and Fees, it is estimated that the <br /> total fee will be approximately $7,820.00. This fee is based on <br /> unhindered access to the site and boring locations. <br /> COMMENCEMENT OF WORK <br /> PSI will proceed with the work upon verbal authorization and submit <br /> the written report upon receipt of one (1) copy of this signed proposal <br /> and general conditions intact. When returning the proposal and general <br /> conditions, please complete the attached Project Data Sheet so that PSI <br /> may best serve your project. <br /> TIME SCHEDULE <br /> Our current schedule indicates, we could provide a written report to <br /> you within three weeks of performing the field exploration. If this <br /> schedule does not meet with your needs, please contact us. <br />
