Stokes recorded in Vohme 262 at Page 435 of the Deed Records of Hays Comty, fran which a 1/2-inch iron pipe found at the intersection of said existing west right-ot-way line and the northwest right-of-way line of Hays Comty Road Nœber 299 bears South 41.01'21" East a distance of 155.15 feet; THENCE along said existing west right-ot-way line, the following two (2) courses: 1. along said Tract Two east line, North 41.01' 21" West a distance of 93.89 feet to a 1/2-inch iron pipe fomd at an angle point of said existing west right-of-way line, same being the north corner of said Tract Two and an angle point of the east line ot that certain tract of land described as Tract One in said Stokes deed, and 2. along said Tract One east line, North 03.45'34" West a distance of 157.13 teet to the intersection ot said proposed west right-of-way line and said existing west right-ot-way line; THENCE along said proposed west right-of-way line, the following two (2) courses: 1.
