Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, workshop meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:35 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2013 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Receive a Staff presentation and hold discussion regarding the proposed Fiscal Year <br />2013 -2014 Budget, and provide direction to Staff. <br />Steve Parker, Assistant Finance Director, presented the proposed FY 2013 -14 Budget. <br />The Council provided the following direction: <br />• Consider adding additional funds to the budget for the Comprehensive Plan <br />implementation. <br />• Fund the Trap, Neuter, Return, Maintain Program at $10,400. <br />• Accepted the Human Services Advisory Board's recommendations at the $410,000 <br />funding level. <br />
