( RMI ) <br /> to provide professional and related services to: <br /> Client City of San Marcos <br /> Address 630 East Hopkins <br /> City San Marcos State Texas Zip 78666 <br /> <br /> I <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The services to be provided are as follows: <br /> 1. RMI shall provide expert wi tness testimony before the Public <br /> Utility Commission of Texas on the subject of debt service <br /> coverage. <br /> 2. RMI shall provide such other services in this matter which <br /> may be requested by clients' attorneys and approved by <br /> client. <br /> II <br /> FEES FOR SERVICES <br /> Professional and support services, except testimony, shall be billed as <br /> follows: <br /> Managing Executive Consultant $l19 per hour <br /> Principal Executive Consultant l08 per hour <br /> Executive Consultant 97 per hour <br /> Principal Consultant 89 per hour <br /> Supervising Consultant 8l per hour <br /> Senior Consultant 73 per hour <br /> Associate Professional 66 per hour <br /> Analyst 59 per hour <br /> Research Assistant 45 per hour <br /> Technician 39 per hour <br /> Office Services 35 per hour <br /> Testimony shall be billed at $ l,200 per day or fraction thereof for <br /> Dr. Michael Schmidt. <br /> The above rates shall be adjusted each year, commencing January l, 1991, <br /> to reflect the change in rates officially established by the RMI Board <br /> of Directors. <br /> Reproduction, pr inting, communications, computer services, graphics, and <br /> other miscellaneous support services shall be billed at rates for such <br />
