PROPOSITION NO. 21 <br />FOR/AGAINST The amendment of Section 8.07 of the City Charter (Public <br />hearing on the budget) to require that the proposed city budget be <br />available at the San Marcos Public Library, at city hall, and on the <br />city's website. <br />PROPOSITION NO. 22 <br />FOR/AGAINST The amendment to Section 8.09 of the City Charter (Adoption of <br />budget after a public hearing) to require that the adopted budget <br />and tax rate be available at the San Marcos Public, library, at city <br />hall, and on the city's website. <br />PROPOSITION NO. 23 <br />FOR/AGAINST The amendment to Section 9.02 of the City Charter (Bond record) <br />to require that the city's bond record be available at the San <br />Marcos Public Library, at city hall, and on the city's website. <br />PROPOSITION NO. 24 <br />FOR/AGAINST The amendment of Section 11.08 of the City Charter (Public <br />service companies required to file annual reports) to require that <br />annual reports filed by public service companies be available at the <br />San Marcos Public Library, at city hall, and on the city's website. <br />PROPOSITION NO. 25 <br />FOR/AGAINST The amendment of Sections 6.10. 7.01(b) and 10.02 of the City <br />Charter to correct spelling, grammatical, and typographical errors. <br />SECTION 3.
