<br /> 71 <br /> RESOLUTION 1990- 61 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A <br /> PROPOSED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY AND E.P. HAMILTON AND ASSOCIATES, INC. AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City has engaged the services of E.P. Hamilton <br /> and Associates, Inc. as professional consultants in connection with <br /> the electric utility rate increase request of the Lower Colorado <br /> River Authority in pending Docket 9427 before the Public Utility <br /> Commission of Texas: and, <br /> WHEREAS, these consultants have recommended that the City engage <br /> the services of E.P. Hamilton and Associates, Inc. for the preparation <br /> and presentation of expert testimony in Docket 9427 on the subject of <br /> engineering: now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the Professional <br /> Services Agreement attached to this Resolution between the City and <br /> E.P. Hamilton and Associates, Inc. pertaining to expert testimony in <br /> Public Utility Commission Docket No. 9427 are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby <br /> authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect <br /> from and after its passage. <br /> ADOPTED this 11th day of June, VlA.~ <br /> MORRIS <br /> æ~fI~ <br /> City Secretary <br />
