Subpart B - LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE <br />Chapter 1 - DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURES <br />ARTICLE 10: - RELIEF PROCEDURES <br />DIVISION 1: - APPEALS <br />(c) Hearing and Notice. Notification of the appeal and conduct of the public hearing thereon shall be in accordance with <br />Article 3, Divisions 2 and 3 of this Chapter 1. The initial public hearing on the appeal shall be held within 25 working <br />days after the filing of the appeal with the responsible official, unless a different time is prescribed by the provisions <br />of this Chapter. <br />(d) Decision on Appeal. The appellate body shall decide the appeal within 30 working days of the close of the public <br />hearing. The appellate body shall affirm, reverse or modify the decision from which the appeal was taken. <br />(e) Notification of Decision on Appeal. The appellant and the applicant for the development permit shall be notified of the <br />decision on appeal in the manner provided in Article 3, Division 2 of this Chapter 1. <br />Section 1 „1 „1„ 4 ,,. Cirliiteirliia <br />In deciding the appeal, other than appeals from a decision of the Historic Preservation Commission, the appellate <br />body shall apply the same criteria that govern the initial decision on the development application under the provisions of <br />this Chapter 1. The Zoning Board of Adjustments shall apply the criteria and standard of review set forth in Section 1.5.6.6 <br />for appeals from a decision of the Historic Preservation Commission. <br />Section 1 „1 „1„ 5 ,,.
