Subpart B - LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE <br />Chapter 1 - DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURES <br />ARTICLE 3: - UNIVERSAL PROCEDURES <br />DIVISION 1: - APPLICATION PROCEDURES <br />The responsible official shall presume that an application provides "fair notice of the project and the nature of the <br />decision, permit or approval sought" if the application is submitted on the proper application form promulgated by the City <br />in the Technical Manual, is accompanied by all required attachments, and reasonably appears to be complete. <br />(2) Project means a development that requires a decision, permit or approval by the city under the City Land <br />Development Code before it is initiated. <br />San Marcos, Texas, Code of Ordinances Page 24 <br />
