The Planning and Zoning Commission shall make a recommendation regarding the <br />proposed III, a,! to F e Plan amendment(s) to the City Council. The Planning and Zoning Commission <br />may recommend approval, approval with conditions, or denial of the petition for a III, a to F Comprehensive Plan <br />amendment. <br />(de) Decision by Council. Following receipt of the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the City <br />Clerk shall schedule a public hearing to determine whether to approve and adopt the amendment(s). The City Clerk <br />shall cause notice of the hearing to be published in accordance with Article 3, Division 2 of this Chapter 1. After the <br />public hearing is closed, the Council may approve, reject or modify the requested amendments by adoption of an <br />ordinance.
