R anJ....p is ,e R \.Iap Preferred <br />Scenario Map of the IIMM: ste! ve Plan. <br />(2) A petition seeking amendment to the text of this Land Development Code. <br />(3) A petition to establish or amend a zoning district map classification, including creation or amendment of an <br />overlay district; <br />(4) An application for approval or amendment of a Concept Plan incorporated as part of a Planned Development <br />district. <br />(5) A petition for approval of a development agreement and approval of a land use plan in the City's extraterritorial <br />jurisdiction. <br />(6) A petition to extend City utilities to land located in the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction. <br />(7) A petition seeking amendment of an interlocal agreement with a county containing land in the City's <br />extraterritorial jurisdiction. <br />(8) A petition for relief from a dedication or construction requirement. <br />(9) A petition for development transfer. <br />Section 1 „1 „1...3 ,,. uwa iii. -Juw iii iiialll IDeclisiloins aind AppIllicatiloins <br />(a) Decisions on the following types of development permit applications, requests or relief procedures are classified as <br />quasi - judicial decisions, and such applications and requests are referred to as quasi - judicial applications: <br />(1) An application for a Conditional Use Permit. <br />(2) An application for approval of a Subdivision Concept Plat. <br />(3) An application for approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plat. <br />(4) An application for approval of a Preliminary Development Plat. <br />(5) An application for approval of a Final Subdivision Plat or Final Development Plat, other than a Minor Subdivision <br />Plat. <br />(6) A request for decision by the Zoning Board of Adjustments. <br />(7) A request for a Certificate of Appropriateness. <br />(8) An appeal of an impact fee decision. <br />(9) An application for approval of a Cluster Development Plan. <br />(10) A permit revocation proceeding. <br />(11) An application for approval of a Residential Compatibility Site Plan required in conjunction with approval of any <br />other quasi - judicial application. <br />(12) An application for approval of a Qualified Watershed Protection Plan. <br />(13) Any petition for exemption from the requirements of a quasi - judicial application. <br />(14) An appeal of any quasi - judicial decision. <br />(15) A variance petition. <br />(16) A vested rights petition. <br />San Marcos, Texas, Code of Ordinances Page 2 <br />
