The approved Development Incentive Agreement shall specify all <br />applicable deviations from the adopted Land Development Code. Thereafter, development applications shall be <br />consistent with the specific project described in the Development Incentive Agreement and shall be processed in <br />accordance with the provisions of the Land Development Code as waived or modified by the agreement. <br />O )rah ",lo 2008 44 § 2 10 (3 08) <br />Section 1 „ 4 4 4 ,,. The waivers or modifications of development standards contained in the agreement shall apply to any <br />required applications for development of the specific project that are approved and accepted during the term of the <br />agreement. <br />(b) Amendment. The Development Incentive Agreement may be amended from time to time under the procedure for <br />approval of an original application requesting a development incentive. <br />(c) Termination. The Development Incentive Agreement may be terminated for breach of the agreement or other <br />reasons in accordance with its terms.
