55 Regular Meeting November 14, 1983 Page 5 on any building, lot or premise located in that special geographical zone shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, said zone having the following boundaries: Beginning at the intersection of Comal Street and Guadalupe Street, then following Comal Street to Mitchell Street, then following Mitchell Street to Perkins Street, then with the back lot lines of those lots fronting the northwest right-of-way of Purgatory Street, then with the back lot lines of the City View Addition of lots fronting the Northwest right-of-way line of Purgatory Street, then following the side lot lines of Lots 16 and 17 of the City View Addition, then with the side lot line of Lot 17 of the City View Addition extended across the rights-of-way of the Missouri-Pacific and Missouri-Kansas- Texas railroads to the back lot line of Lot 27 of the Weatherford Addition, then with the back lot lines of thelots of the Weatherford Addition facing the southwest right-of-way of Interstate Highway 35, then following Interstate Highway 35 to Guadalupe Street, then following Guadalupe Street to the point of beginning. and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the vote was recorded as follows: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler. NAY: Kreczmer, Moore. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE 1980-37 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENT NO. 12; AMENDING ORDINANCE 1981-70 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENT NO. 14; AMENDING ORDINANCE 1983-45 ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 12, 1983 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENT NO. 15 AND WHICH SET FORTH AN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE OF THE EXPENSE OF CONDUCTING EACH ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1983, AND ENDING SEP'l'EMBER 30, 1984, AND APPROPRIATED MONEY FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND PURPOSES OF SUCH ESTIMATE; TO REVISE SAID ESTIMATES AND TO REAPPROPRIATE SAID FUNDS; ADOPTING SAID REVISIONS AND ESTIMATES AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mayor Craddock moved to approve the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the vote was recorded as follows: AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Kreczmer, Moore.
