<br /> (b) Absentee voting shall be conducted on each day, except <br /> Saturdays, Sundays and official State holidays, throughout the <br /> period absentee voting is permitted by law. The hours for absentee <br /> voting at the Main Absentee Polling Place shall be from 8:00 A.M. to <br /> 5: 00 P.M.; and the hours for absentee voting at the Branch Absentee <br /> Palling Place shall be from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Mondays through <br /> Thursdays and 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Fridays. <br /> Section 6. Electronic Votina System. <br /> <br /> An electronic voting system, as defined in Title 8, V.T.C.A. <br /> Election Code, shall be used in said election. Said system shall be <br /> used for all absentee voting as well as for all precinct voting <br /> conducted on election day. Sufficient voting equipment to <br /> accommodate the voters shall be provided for absentee voting and at <br /> each of the polling places on election day. The Central Counting <br /> Station is established as the Legal Department office in the City <br /> Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas. <br /> Section 7. Ballot Cards and Ballot Labels. <br /> <br /> Ballot cards and ballot labels shall be prepared in accordance <br /> with the applicable provisions of V.T.C.A.
