(b) Absentee voting shall be conducted on each day, except Saturdays, Sundays and official State holidays, throughout the period absentee voting is permitted by law. The hours for absentee voting at the Main Absentee Polling Place shall be from 8:00 A.M. to 5: 00 P.M.; and the hours for absentee voting at the Branch Absentee Palling Place shall be from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Mondays through Thursdays and 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Fridays. Section 6. Electronic Votina System. An electronic voting system, as defined in Title 8, V.T.C.A. Election Code, shall be used in said election. Said system shall be used for all absentee voting as well as for all precinct voting conducted on election day. Sufficient voting equipment to accommodate the voters shall be provided for absentee voting and at each of the polling places on election day. The Central Counting Station is established as the Legal Department office in the City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas. Section 7. Ballot Cards and Ballot Labels. Ballot cards and ballot labels shall be prepared in accordance with the applicable provisions of V.T.C.A. Election Code so as to permit the electors to vote "FOR" or "AGAINST" the aforesaid propositions, which shall be set forth in substantially the following form: PROPOSITION NO. 1 THE ISSUANCE OF $435,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR ACQUIRING, EQUIPPING, IMPROVING, AND RECONDITIONING FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES PROPOSITION NO. 2 THE ISSUANCE OF $3,000,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR CONSTRUCTING, IMPROVING AND EQUIPPING POLICE HEADQUARTERS AND TRAINING FACILITIES PROPOSITION NO.3 THE ISSUANCE OF $2,135,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR CONSTRUCTING, IMPROVING AND EQUIPPING A NEW CENTRAL LIBRARY PROPOSITION NO. 4 THE ISSUANCE OF $480,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR IMPROVING, RENOVATING, AND EQUIPPING PARKS AND RECREATION FACILITIES -8- 3967f/8
