<br /> 92 <br /> RESOLUTION 199Ø- 68 R <br /> - <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PA~ENT <br /> TO STOKES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE <br /> COMPLETION OF THE GENERAL AVIATION TERMINAL <br /> BUILDING PROJECT, ACCEPTING THE PROJECT FOR <br /> USE BY THE CITY, AUTHORIZING FINAL PA~ENT IN <br /> THE AMOUNT OF $IS,121.IØ, AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has engaged the <br /> services of Stokes Construction Company for the construction of <br /> the General Aviation Terminal Building at the San Marcos Municipal <br /> Airport; and, <br /> WHEREAS, these services were provided pursuant to that <br /> contract dated August 14, 1989 between the City of San Marcos, <br /> and Stokes Construction Company: now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the General Aviation Terminal Building project <br /> has been completed pursuant to that contract of August 14, 1989, <br /> between the City of San Marcos and Stokes Construction Company and <br /> the project is hereby accepted for use by the City of San Marcos, <br /> Texas. <br /> PART 2. That final payment in the amount of $IS,12l.IØ to <br /> Stokes Construction Company in full and final payment is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> PART 3.
