TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED BY HATTIE JENNINGS <br />TO CONE MILLS CORPORATION BY DEED DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 1954 AND <br />RECORDED IN VOL. 160 AT PG. 258 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED <br />RECORDS, THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID 37.05 AC. Iron Rod found marking the salien~ <br />South corner of Lot 2 of RIVER RIDGE subdivision, said Rod <br />marking also the Weste~ly Southwest corner of Lot 4 of said <br />subdivision and being located on a 257.36 ft. radius curVe in <br /> <br />1".he Nort".heas1". line of t.he 72 £t".. rig'ht".-of-w;"\y of a pu::,J.ic <br />stree: known as Carlson CircJ.e, and from which Iron Rod <br />found: <br /> <br />(a) another 1/2 in. Iron Rod found bears S 25 d~qrees 21'24" <br />E, 64.47 ft. (call from recorded plat of River Ridqe: <br />64.49 ft.) said Rod markinq the Southerly Southwest <br />corner of Lot 4, and <br /> <br />(b) a 1/2 in. Galvanized Iron Pipe set, (no record monument <br />found) bears N 11 deqrees 45'48" W, 57.35 ft.., said Pipe <br />markino the end of the above-mentioned 257.36 ft. radius <br />curve in the Northeast li~e of the riqht-of-way of <br />Carlson Circle and t.ne Sou7.herly boundary of Loi:'. 2 <br /> <br />(1) TEEN::::: from the POINT OF 3E:GINNING WesT".er1y along t.he <br />curvinq Nort.heas-r. line of Carlson Circle, a},oríq said <br />257.36 ft. radius curve (concave to t'he Nor~heast) for <br />an arc distance of 17.72 ft. to a 1/2 in.
