TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED BY HATTIE JENNINGS TO CONE MILLS CORPORATION BY DEED DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 1954 AND RECORDED IN VOL. 160 AT PG. 258 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID 37.05 AC. Iron Rod found bears S 25 d~qrees 21'24" E, 64.47 ft. (call from recorded plat of River Ridqe: 64.49 ft.) said Rod markinq the Southerly Southwest corner of Lot 4, and (b) a 1/2 in. Galvanized Iron Pipe set, (no record monument found) bears N 11 deqrees 45'48" W, 57.35 ft.., said Pipe markino the end of the above-mentioned 257.36 ft. radius curve in the Northeast li~e of the riqht-of-way of Carlson Circle and t.ne Sou7.herly boundary of Loi:'. 2 (1) TEEN::::: from the POINT OF 3E:GINNING WesT".er1y along t.he curvinq Nort.heas-r. line of Carlson Circle, a},oríq said 257.36 ft. radius curve (concave to t'he Nor~heast) for an arc distance of 17.72 ft. to a 1/2 in.
