<br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE
<br /> APPOINTMENT BY THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF KERRY
<br /> DABBS, TERRY AVALOS, ALLEN THOMPSON, GARY
<br /> SPURGER, DANIEL BURGET, DAVID SNEED, MAUREEN
<br /> VLADYKA, QUINTON W. SNEED, CHARLES NEFF AND
<br /> TRACY BALUSEK, AS MEMBERS OF SAID CITY'S
<br /> POLICE RESERVE FORCE; APPROVING THE REMOVAL BY
<br /> THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF CHRISTOPHER R. ROLIG,
<br /> WILLIAM KINSEL, KENNETH MURCHISON, LISA
<br /> MCCLENNON, NATHAN WHITE, ROBERT PATTERSON,
<br /> RICHARD B. CLEWIS, RICHARD REES, PATRICIA
<br /> KEELE, SCOTT WEBBER, ALEX ZEPEDA, WILLIAM
<br /> TUCKER, ROGER OLSON, CLARENCE KLEKAR, PAMELA
<br /> GRAHAM, ROBERT MOONEY, KEVIN WEBBER, WILLIAM
<br /> MAAS, FRED WISENER, NORMA ANGLE AND TERRY
<br /> NICHOLS FROM THE POLICE RESERVE FORCE; AND
<br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the Ordinance 1985-8 duly adopted on
<br /> January 28, 1985, the Chief of Police of the City of San Marcos,
<br /> Texas, has appointed certain persons as members of the police
<br /> reserve force of the City; and,
<br /> \'lHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
<br /> approval of certain appointments and removals is in the interest
<br /> of the public health, safety and welfare; now, therefore,
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS,
<br /> TEXAS:
<br /> PART 1. That the appointment by the Chief of Police of
<br /> Kerry Dabbs, Terry Avalos, Allen Thompson, Gary Spurger, Daniel
<br /> Burget, David Sneed, Maureen Vladyka, Quinton W. Sneed, Charles
<br /> Neff and Tracy Balusek as members of said City's police reserve
<br /> force is hereby in all things approved.
<br /> PART 2. That the removal by the Chief of Police of
<br /> Christopher R. Rolig, William Kinsel, Kenneth Murchison, Lisa
<br /> McClennon, Nathan White, Robert Patterson, Richard B. Cle\>lis,
<br /> Richard Rees, Patricia Keele, Scott Webber, Alex Zepeda, William
<br /> Tucker, Roger Olson, Clarence Klekar, Pamela Graham, Robert
<br /> Mooney, Kevin \vebber, ~'lilliam Maas, Fred Wisener, Norma Angle
<br /> and Terry Nichol s from the police reserve force is hereby in all
<br /> things approved.
<br /> PART 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
<br /> effect from and after its passage.
<br /> ADOPTED this the 9th day of July , 199Ø.
