<br /> -10- 846 21,; <br /> VIII. <br /> PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT <br /> It is understood and agreed between the parties that the <br /> Property shall be appraised at market value for the purposes of <br /> property tax assessment throughout the term of this Agreement. <br /> IX. <br /> INDEMNITY <br /> It is understood and agreed between the parties that CTMC, in <br /> performing its obligations hereunder, is acting independently, and the <br /> City assumes no responsibilities or liabilities in connection therewith <br /> to third parties and CTMC agrees to indemnify and hold the City <br /> harmless therefrom.
