<br /> 39 <br /> ORDINANCE 199Ø - 53 <br /> OQ <br /> - <br /> Qo- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> - <br /> - 12, <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING CHAPTER <br /> SECTION 12-8, GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTION <br /> CHARGES BY CITY FOR RESIDENTIAL UNITS, OF THE <br /> SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES TO DECREASE THE <br /> MONTHLY AMOUNT DEPOSITED IN THE ESCROW OR <br /> RESERVE FUND AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the third sentence in Section 12-8(e) of <br /> Chapter 12 of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> Sec. 12-8 Garbage and rubbish collection charges by city for <br /> residential units. <br /> (e) From each monthly charge, per unit, the director of <br /> finance shall cause to be deposited twenty-two and <br /> nine-tenths cents (22.9ç)in the escrow or reserve <br /> fund. <br /> SECTION 2.
