Chapman <br /> Director of Finance Earl Williams <br /> Director of Public Works George Boeker <br /> Also Present: Helen Hanicak, Mark Hendricks, Gregg Echols, Olga Garza, <br /> Patrick Miller, Bryan Hoot, Lee Head, Jane Wilson, Jim Byrn, David Mor- <br /> rison, Bobby Dupree, Jake Krauskopf, Jack Lindstrom, Bill pryatel, Nina <br /> pryatel, David VanHuizen, Augustin Lucio, Shirley Wickersham, Louis <br /> Kilgore, Joe Cox, Ofelia Vasquez, Ken Long and others. <br /> Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of appointments <br /> to the Blue Ribbon Committee for the Bond Program. Karl Brown placed <br /> Pete Rodriguez's name in nomination and Fred Guerra said Anita Reyes <br /> would not be able to serve on the Blue Ribbon Committee, and he wanted <br /> to replace her with Robert Cavazos. Mr. Guerra moved for approval of <br /> Pete Rodriguez and Robert Cavazos and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, <br /> which passed unanimously.
