<br /> 45 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, FINDING THAT <br /> AN EXCESS IN REAL PROPERTY TAXES WAS PAID <br /> BY WESTMARK MORTGAGE CORPORATION, <br /> AUTHORIZING A REFUND BY THE CITY TAX <br /> COLLECTOR, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That it is hereby found and determined that the <br /> payment of $565.12 in real property taxes for 1988 by Westmark <br /> Mortgage Corporation to the City of San Marcos, Texas, is <br /> exceSSlve. <br /> PART 2. That a refund in the amount of $565.12 by the City <br /> tax collector to Westmark Mortgage Corporation is hereby <br /> authorized and approved. <br /> PART 3.
