<br /> 0 61 <br /> Q--- <br /> C""- <br /> - <br /> ¡ ~ <br /> C.J <br /> ORDINANCE 1990- 55 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR COPIES OF CITY <br /> FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS; REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING <br /> ORDINANCES; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That Section 16-59 of the San Marcos Code of <br /> Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following fee for copies of <br /> the City's Flood Insurance Rate Maps: <br /> Flood Insurance Rate Map (8-p ane 1 se t ) . . . . . . . . . . . $ 7.50 <br /> SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 3. That the importance of this Ordinance creates an <br /> emergency and an imperative public necessity so that the provisions of <br /> the Charter requiring that ordinances shall be presented at three <br /> separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become effective until <br /> the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its final <br /> passage be suspended, and these provisions are hereby suspended, and <br /> this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from <br /> and after its adoption and after its publication in a newspaper of <br /> general circulation within the City as provided by the City Charter of <br /> the City of San Marcos. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this h yda.
