RESOLUTION 2013 -122R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRIC <br />MATERIALS FROM TECHLINE, INC. IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />UPGRADE TO THE UNDERRATED ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION LINES <br />FROM THE RANCH ROAD 12 ELECTRIC SUBSTATION PROJECT IN <br />THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $175,000.00 THROUGH THE CITY'S <br />MATERIAL ACQUISITION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY; AUTHORIZING THE <br />PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE <br />PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The purchase of electric materials from Techline, Inc. in connection with the <br />Upgrade to the Underrated Electric Distribution Lines from the Ranch Road 12 Electric <br />Substation Project in the estimated amount of $175,000.00 through the City's Material <br />Acquisition Services Agreement with the Lower Colorado River Authority ( "LCRA ") is <br />approved. <br />PART 2. The City Purchasing Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
