Brown <br /> Council Members Gerald G. Farr <br /> Fred Guerra <br /> Betty Jane Kissler <br /> John A. Kreczmer <br /> * Jaime Moore <br /> City Manager A. C. Gonzalez <br /> City Secretary Janis K. Womack <br /> Acting City Attorney * Charles Chapman <br /> Director of Public Works George Boeker <br /> Also Present: Jerri Martin, Olga Garza, Mark Hendricks, Gregg Echols, <br /> Ken Long and others. <br /> Mayor Pro-Tem Karl Brown called the meeting to order at 9:36 p.m. <br /> Mr. Brown introduced for consideration approval for disposition of <br /> dirt from the Mill Street Drainage Project. Mr. Boeker said the Staff <br /> was seeking authorization from the Council to advertise the dirt to be <br /> given away. Mr. Farr said he would like some of the dirt to be retained <br /> to make that general area again suitable as parkland and for some of it <br /> to be used at the softball fields. After discussion Mr. Farr moved <br /> the dirt be advertised to be given away and that several dates, possi- <br /> bly three different Saturdays, be designated days dirt will be given <br /> away and that a city employee and loader will be made available to <br /> assist citizens wanting the dirt and that some period of time be given <br /> as the ending date prior to freezing weather. Mr. Brown seconded the <br /> motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 9:50 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Guerra and se- <br /> conded by Mr. Kreczmer. <br /> (' ~ ý tJJ I f5 M:Wr^ <br /> . hiì Karl W.
