<br /> G13. Ownership of Documents <br /> Upon completion or termination of this contract, all documents prepared by the Local <br /> Government or furnished to the Local Government by the State shall be delivered to <br /> and become the property of the State. All sketches, photographs, calculations and <br /> other data prepared under this contract shall be made available, upon request, to the <br /> State without restriction or limitation of their further use. <br /> G14. Local Resources <br /> The Local Government warrants that it presently has adequate qualified personnel <br /> in its employment for performance of services required under this contract, or will be <br /> able to obtain such personnel from sources other than the State. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the Local Government shall furnish all equipment, <br /> materials and supplies required to perform the work authorized herein. <br /> All employees of the Local Government shall have such knowledge and experience as <br /> will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of the Local <br /> Government who, in the opinion of the State, is incompetent, or whose conduct <br /> becomes detrimental to the work, shall immediately be removed from association <br /> wi th the project. <br /> G 15. Property Management <br /> The Local Government shall establish and administer a system to control, protect, <br /> preserve, use, maintain, and dispose of any property furnished to it by the State or <br /> purchased pursuant to this agreement in accordance with its own property manage- <br /> ment procedures, provided that the procedures are not in conflict with the property <br /> management standards outlined in 49 CFR 18, "Uniform Administrative Require- <br /> ments of Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments." <br /> GIG. Procurement Standards <br /> The Local Government shall maintain procurement standards which meet or exceed <br /> the requirements of 49 CFR 18, "Uniform Administrative Requirements of Grants <br /> and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments." <br /> Page 9 of 13 <br />
