N 480 14' 13" E 446.95 feet to a concrete highway monument <br /> found for an angle point, <br /> 2. N 47° 12' 57" E 1809.09 feet to a conrete highway monument <br /> found for an angle point, <br /> 3. N 48° 18' 52" E 1614.48 fee t to an 1/2" iron rod set for an <br /> angle point, and <br /> 4. N 48° 16' 39" E 518.92 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set for the <br /> west corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract, pass at <br /> 312.79 feet a point for an angle point in the northwest line <br /> of the 1303.055 acre tract and the southwest corner of the <br /> 22.35 acre tract¡ <br /> THENCE continuing with the remains of a fence line for the common <br /> line of the 22.35 acre tract and State Highway No. 21 <br /> N 48° 16' 39" E 90.00 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set for the north <br /> corner of this tract, being southwest of the entrance road to the <br /> City of San Marcos Municipal Airport, from which a concrete highway <br /> monument found bears N 48° 16' 39" E 1192.00 feet¡ <br /> THENCE leaving the highway and entering the 22.35 acre tract <br /> S 23° 28' 41" E 72.59 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set for an angle <br /> point in the east line of this tract and being 30 feet from the <br /> approximate centerline of the airport entrance road¡ <br /> EXHIBIT "c" <br />
